Description
The nuraghe Riu Mulinu is one of the best known nuragic fortifications in the north of the island, located a few kilo meters from Olbia near the small church of Cabu Abbas and is datable to around 1300 1200 BC. C. From the church, a small path leads to the nuragic fortress from which a large megalithic ring can be seen. The central part made with small regular stones, was originally on two floors. Excavations in 1938 brought to light fragments of pottery and bone fragments.
