The Pascal Lota is a fast ferry of the Corsica Ferries - Sardinia Ferries group . Built between 2007 and 2008 by Fincantieri shipyards in Ancona for the Estonian company Tallink, it originally bore the name Superstar . Commissioned in April 2008 on the lines connecting Estonia with Finland, it made numerous daily crossings on this route due to its high speed. Sold at the end of 2015 to Corsica Ferries, she joined the fleet of the Franco-Italian group ingiugno 2017and has since been sailing on the Corsica and Sardinia lines from the French and Italian mainland.
